To the class in July and started in January my intention beginning at the beginning of the year I had gained like 100 pounds over a 10-year period and so I started very slowly and I had lost before I took the class I had lost 13 pounds but it was really a struggle I had to it was like I was constantly thinking about food and right making the right choices and it was it was a real challenge I took the online class prior to going to the class and I did a lot of clarity before I got there and then during the class the last day.

I finally mustered enough courage to get up in front of everybody and do the quitter do to you and then we had talked on the phone a week before and by the time we left there I could feel this change about my food choices now since I’ve been back I’ve watched now a total of 18 pounds so just since the in July till now I’ve lost another 5 pounds so a total of 18 pounds and I feel so totally normal about food I’m not obsessed about by making good choices it’s so free I can’t even begin to tell you the results and benefits of our training program are only available to members of our private Association
