Saturated fat PREVENTS heart disease? No way! Everybody knows that’s not true and of course when everybody knows something they’re always right. Are they? You see there is a difference between a good and a bad fat, not all fat is bad for you. Some fats are very good for you and ESSENTIAL to good health.

The problem is that we have confused good and bad fat so badly that we even think that saturated fat and cholesterol are the same thing. They are not. Cholesterol is made in the liver of animals, such as yourself. Yes, your liver makes cholesterol when it needs it, just a like a cow, pig or sheep does. Plants can have saturated fat in them and not have ANY cholesterol whatsoever.

For example, young coconut meat (not the water) is 70% saturated fat, yet has zero cholesterol. That makes sense because young coconuts don’t have a liver, at least the last time I checked! According to the research of Dr. Bruce Fife, cultures that consume young coconut meat on a daily basis have zero incidence of heart attack or stroke. Wow really? Yes, really! Switch from animal meat to young coconut meat today for a healthier and happier heart and life.

If you don’t know how to open one watch some videos on YouTube. They can be bought at Asian markets and health food stores. They can be made in a blender into milkshakes, puddings, dips, dressings, sauces and anything that you would make dairy out of, even ice cream.
