I was in pain.  Severe pain.  For years I would sleep on the couch because if I rolled onto my back, my hip would pop out and I would be in excruciating pain.  My headaches were terrible.  The muscle spasms were unbearable.  Sometimes I would lose feeling down the side of my back all the way to my leg.  That was on a good day.  On most days the pain would leave me shaky and nauseous because I couldn’t bear it.  Of course, I took medication for the chronic back pain, for the muscle spasms, for anxiety and even for my severe allergies.  I also needed medication for my insomnia but thankfully my doctor refused because it was addictive.  I felt horrible.  And I was exhausted . . . ALL THE TIME. 

My insomnia was so bad that one time I didn’t sleep for 3 days.  Sometimes I would hallucinate because I was so sleep deprived.  I had severe allergies and eczema too.  My allergies were so bad that if I had an allergy attack while driving I had to pull over immediately.  I would just sneeze and sneeze without stopping because I couldn’t see while driving.  Sometimes I would throw up from sneezing so much too. 

Of course I tried everything to get better.  I saw many doctors.  I read books.  I went to classes.  I asked friends.  I even went to physical therapy.  Nothing worked for me.

One day I found myself sitting in a seminar wondering how this would help.  The teacher seemed very sincere and knowledgeable, and I was willing to try anything.

A few months later I was off of ALL of my medications.  My chronic back pain had gone away and I was able to sleep in my bed again.  I didn’t have anxiety anymore.  No more allergies either!  And to my surprise my eczema went away too.  I had just started implementing everything I learned in the seminars and I realized I needed less and less medication every day, when one day I realized I wasn’t carrying my usual bag of prescriptions anymore.  And surprisingly for the first time I even had more money at the end of the month than I had started with, which seemed impossible.

I even healed my dogs!  I changed their diet to the right diet for a canine and their health problems went away.  Their dry hair fell out and new soft hair came out.  I even used the emotional and mental release tools on my rescue dog and his anxiety and aggression from past abuse went away too.
For me, the changes in my emotions, mind, and spirit were so dramatic I hardly recognize myself.  I erased generations of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse from my family’s history, and myself.  I released so many old emotional, mental and spiritual layers of pain that I literally look brighter.  And because I was sleeping better and got rid of so much emotional baggage the dark circle and puffiness under my eyes started going away as well!  I  even began to embrace my incredible intuition.  I became a Master Professional Health Consultant and I have helped so many, many people.

I’m also so grateful that I had this training BEFORE I had my baby.  In fact I don’t know if I could have carried a healthy child before this training.  When I became pregnant, I knew exactly what my body needed as it adapted to the growing changes of a baby inside of me.  My body was still congested from so much medication that I used to take, I knew it was not in peak health, and so when I started getting the ‘normal’ pregnancy symptoms I quickly got rid of them by giving my body exactly the nutrition and care it needed.  In fact, I was able to recover so quickly that at my two month post-partum checkup I was already back to my pre-pregnancy weight!

I can’t say enough about the training program that changed my life.  I am forever grateful.

“The results have been AMAZING, I don’t think there are enough words to describe how FANTASTIC the results are, in fact, ‘life changing’ doesn’t give it enough justice because it’s so much more than that. Already I’ve gone from size 12 to 6, got off 3 allergy medications including steroids, 2 prescriptions for chronic back pain (muscle spasms & sciatica) removed heavy metals, got rid of arthritis & joint pain, and NO more Migraines!!! I just can’t say enough, and we’re only halfway there! This has been the greatest blessing ever, and I am eternally grateful to Arnoux! Namaste.
